Please contact us if for any reason you feel that your expectations have not been met. Our first priority is you, our customers, and we will do all that we can to ensure that you are satisfied with Gelvani Liquors in every way.

Legal Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine. By placing your order on our website, on the phone, or in person at our store, you have represented to Gelvani Liquors that you are at least 21. All wines delivered must be received by an adult of legal drinking age (that would be 21!). We will require a government ID if you look less than 30 years of age at our store.

By purchasing from Gelvani Liquors, you agree that you are bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

  · All wine is sold “AS-IS,” without any representations or warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or other description of physical condition. "Old" wines, or those purchased from private collections are NOT guaranteed for drinkability.

  · All risk of loss and damage to wine passes to you upon shipment of the wine purchased. We are not responsible for any acts or omissions in connection with the packing or shipping of the wines or of the carriers, whether or not recommended or selected by us.

  · You shall pay any applicable state and local taxes, and any applicable compensating use tax of another state which we may be required by law to collect at the time of the payment of the purchase price.

  · These Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as your and our respective rights and obligations hereunder, shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction with any wine purchased from us. In no event shall our liability ever exceed the purchase price actually paid by you for such wine.

  · Every attempt is made to use the correct label image for the wine being displayed on this website. The wrong year may appear on the image being used because the correct year is unavailable and we take no responsibility if the label is incorrect.

Privacy/Security

Gelvani Liquors holds the highest respect for its customers and guarantees our firm commitment to your privacy. We do not sell any of information provided by you to any other institutions. By registering with us and/or buying from us on-line, you will automatically be added to our mailing list but you do have the option to "opt-out" at the time of purchase. If at any time you would like to be removed from our list, simply click on the opt-out button in the email or contact us at the store and you will be removed immediately.

As a customer you reserve the right to be concerned about the security of your credit card information. Please be assured that your financial information is sent to us via encrypted data and can therefore not be hacked, received or deciphered by other merchants or mean, ugly, despicable people with malicious intentions. Gelvani Liquors has taken the steps to ensure your security by using the highest levels of encryption technology. We use direct cable connections with our credit vendors and do not use an in-store wireless network for point of sale systems. Returns

Cancelled and/or returned special orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Traveling north on Interstate 95

Take exit 51 stay in the middle lane on Route 1/Frontage Rd after you pass the entrance to I-95 take a left under the Interstate to reach the south side of Frontage Rd. Stay in the right lane and immediately turn into our parking lot

Traveling south on Interstate 95

Take exit 51 stay in the right lane after the traffic light at the ramp off of the highway on the right you will see the Home Depot and our building is next to Home Depot. Turn into the Home Depot entrance and follow the access road in front of across the parking lot to our entrance.
